Assist COO to research, plan, organize and conduct training programs, seminars and conferences based on the needs of water and wastewater industry. Prepares training brochures/advertisements for each program, budget for each program, invitation letters for water companies, communicates with respective training providers and Business Partners on the program outlines, submit program outline for management review, sets MyWA monthly training schedule, records completed program modules, coordinates invoicing and payments matter with training providers as well as other suppliers involved. Liaise with HRDC: register/maintain MyWA status as a registered training provider and to submit training programs for grant approval. Ability to communicate with company employees, trainers from other companies, professional training group members, and consultants by phone, in person, or through correspondence.

Assigned to handle printing, packing, distributing, delivery, and daily reporting of road tax for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor region, average of 3000 permits per day. Print road tax and ensure the quality are clear and follow specification. Print address for road tax in preparation for delivery through Pos Laju or Normal Home delivery and Express. Pack road tax into MYEg envelopes according to the address printed. Assigned to do printing report daily. Any ad hoc assignment by company time to time.
