2nd level support to Manage multi-vendor transmission network (NEC, Huawei, NSN & Aviat).Auditing MW network performance and contribute with FM to Manage Tx Preventive & Corrective maintenance activities to achieve agreed KPIs.Handling L3 trouble tickets with vendors to resolve critical problems faced on the live network to ensure service restoration as per agreed SLA.Creating VLAN’s configuration of new services.Interface with planning team to optimize and update microwave network documentations.Create and update document & procedures of MW Preventive maintenance, installation, Acceptance.Revise performance of new MW links and sign acceptance of which complying with installation standard.Technical Revise and approve MW change requests and Manage high risk operations.Investigate, summarize & prepare Incident report of critical technical fault for the transport network. Handle interviews of new hired staff & provide training and workshop sessions

Technical support to subcontractor’s Teams in all phases of the project implementation.Communicate with customer to prepare MW rollout & swap cutovers plan of monthly target.Manage 4 to 6 teams to achieve agreed plans with high installation quality & min. service interruptions.Conducting on-job training & workshops to raise the Technical competence of subcontractor’s teams.

Collect, revise MW network data and keep it updated.Responsible for NMS planning, DCN design & monitoring Microwave network.Perform health check, rectification and performance improvement plan.Monitor & analyze Microwave network performance & dispatch links of worst performance to FM team.Contribute with planning team to revise planning to provide diversity & protection solutions.Respond to escalated technical issues, provide 2nd level support to Field Maintenance engineers

Generate LOS matrix of new sites, revise LOS reports received from subcontractors.Generate MW link budget, Issue DN’s, track MW inventory.Maintain MW documents “Topology, DCN, Capacity planning, link budget, MW inventory”Technical support to external and internal teams for troubleshooting & operation of Microwave links.Interface with customer to prepare transmission rollout & optimization plan.Responsible for planning & integration of Microwave Links of new sites.Technical support for troubleshooting & operation Huawei Microwave Network. Issue CR & follow up with the customer to get approvals of MW optimization cutovers. Revise & sign acceptance document of microwave EIR (Equipment Installation Reports) & LOS reports.

Doing nationwide site & LOS surveys, generate path profile using Pathloss & Prepares survey reports.Installation, commissioning and Final Acceptance of NEC Microwave Equipment's.Supervise and provide technical support to the subcontractor’s teams during implementation O&M of NEC equipment's, testing faulty equipment and writing technical reports.
