I'm a self-motivated Mechanical/Biomedical Engineer having a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University. I have hands-on experience in mechanical designing using various CAD/CAE software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, Inventor, and Abaqus. Additionally, I possess a solid understanding of programming languages including C/C++, MATLAB, and Python.Currently, I am working as a Technical Trainee at Engineered Air's Newmarket plant, a leading manufacturer of HVAC units in North America. Also, I worked as a Mechanical Engineer/Drafter at a laser cut company in Richmond Hill for a few months. Before I came to Canada, I worked as a Mechanical Engineer/Plant Operator at Persian Gulf Desalination Plant (PGDP) in Bandar Abbas for about a year. PGDP is Iran's biggest water desalination plant which makes more than 200,000 cubic meters of water per day. In January 2019, I defended my MSc thesis titled "Dynamic Analysis of Trapezoidal Composite Plates with Embedded Shape Memory Alloy Wires", and successfully graduated from Razi University. My thesis aimed to investigate the effects of using pre-strained SMA wires in trapezoidal composite plates on the dynamic behavior of these plates. For this purpose, the governing equations of motion for a trapezoidal composite plate with embedded SMA wires were derived using Hamilton’s principle based on the First-order Shear Deformation Theory (FSDT). Then, the obtained equations were transformed from Cartesian coordinate system to a computational rectangular coordinate system. Afterward, the equations of motion were discretized using the Generalized Differential Quadrature (GDQ) method. Finally, by coding in MATLAB and using the Newmark time integration algorithm, the variation of deflection as a function of time was obtained for different points of the plate. I also have some experience working as an apprentice Mechanical Designer in Aria Gostar Company in Amirkabir Industrial Zone in Esfahan, as a Teaching Assistant at Razi University in Kermanshah, and as an English Teacher at Taj Institute in Esfahan. I did my BSc internship as a Quality Assurance Inspector at the Esfahan Institute of Materials & Energy.Maybe it is not related to my professional career, but I think it is worth mentioning that I was a Mountain Guide and Leader for more than one year at a well-known mountain group in Esfahan.
