Current-Accountable of Business's operations across Dubai-Manage and deliver against annual budget in excess of $40 million-Increased revenues by $3.2M through analysis of data surrounding customer behaviors, vendorrelations-Discovered an additional $2M in savings after compiling data and upgrading operational functions-Work hand-in-hand with top management (serving as a link between them and the individualstores) in order to develop and implement new plans/ideas that will enhance the operations of thecompany at large-Communicate, monitor, and follow up to ensure implementation effectiveness of Marketingprogram as well as execution of new products and other public relations program.-Coach and develop leadership skills of restaurant managers and make sure that they can apply theknowledge and skills to enhance business performance-Review sales every day and analyze sales trends. Identify restaurants that have negative sales gaps,and work with restaurant manager to identify action plan to close the gaps-Recruit and select qualified restaurant manager based on restaurant needs
