- Process data entry and data capture transactions in accordance with established processes, procedures, and standard delivery options.- Create and maintain service maintenance contract received by performing data input into SAP- Handle customer queries and initiate communication needed- Deliver and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, by processing transactions accurately and meeting agreed service levels- Perform customer request / problem identification and follow defined incident notification and escalation procedures

- Perform client application requests of insurance, bank guarantee, CIDB project declaration and LHDN stamp duty on various government and bank portals.- Ensure client queries are processed correctly in accordance with the government regulations.- Identify client requests within the terms of the contract documents and process / mitigate / resolve as needed.- Understand and comply with process internal controls, regulations and security requirements.- Deliver and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, by processing application requests accurately and meeting agreed service levels.
