Managing the network of Askari bank of 140 sites and branches based on VSAT (SCPC, MDPC, and IDirect), radio links, DXX, Leased lines. Introduced the plans of restructuring the network to map with the security and regulatory compliance requirement of the Askari bank, the main projects which I managed were setting up banks closed network on VSAT using 4th Generation VSAT network, Data Center project which includes the revamping of the existing Data center to meet the ISO27001 requirements, DRP setup according to BCP in accordance with ISMS roadmap. Design the network based on Juniper networks products of network security, NAC using Juniper IC4000 UAC software, and Data center acceleration products DX. PET-SOFTEL is a joint venture company based on SOFTEL and PET Holdings Turkey, I Design and implement the country wide network for PET-SOFTEL in Turkey for providing services of Long distance voice using Carrier class SIEMENS SURPASS Solution based on HiE9200(EWSD V16) Softswitch and HiG1200 and HiG1100 Media Gateways placed in 12 main provinces of Turkey. I was managing 40 Engineers for country wide Telecom network in Turkey. PETSOFTEL is providing calling card services, corporate services using Cisco, Audio codes and Quintum.

I worked as Network Manager in COMSATS Multan. Complete this POP in Multan as team leader. Our equipment here was Cisco AS5300, Lucent PM4 Access Servers, Cisco 3640 router and Cisco 2950 series switch.Configured SUN E250 Ultrasparc station running Solaris 5.9 for TACACS+, Mail and Web running on this machine. Configured dedicated machine for Squid (proxy) and Billing Database running Redhat Linux8.0 on Intel Xeon Processors.Designing and providing different corporate clients Networks and providing services like Internet connectivity through HDSL, Radio, dialup analog and ISDN.

I Worked in Pakistan on Line as a network engineer and was member of team who installed new ISP setup of Lahore POP for POL which includes SDH system from SIEMENS, Lucent Max TNT Access server and media gateway, Cisco 2500, Cisco 3640, and Cisco 2620 routers, In System Administration, configuration of those devices and also Server installation which includes DNS, Squid and Web server and AAA server and Mail server. And good knowledge of Optical Fiber termination in Local loop for our PRI’s. And good experience of SDH and last mile problem.
