My diverse experience in the eDiscovery and Cyber Security field has enabled me to work with global clients at all levels to resolve sometimes very complex technical issues. I also have experience of SaaS software technology. For example, in my most recent post as eDiscovery Manager – Head of Technical Support EMEA, I was responsible for managing and overseeing teams and the Nuix Licencing software technology in Europe as well as coordinating teams in Australia and United States. As Technical Support Manager, it was my duty to handle sensitive customer information and situations in a timely fashion and to ensure the client’s needs were met on time every time.As part of my career development I am focused on expanding my knowledge and experience within the field of eDiscovery and Cyber Security, I would like to work for an innovative, fast-paced global organization which will enable me to work on complex and challenging projects whilst enabling me to utilise my existing skills and experience as well as allowing me to develop professionally.
