Codiska (UniverKids AB) aims to promote easy access learning for all children all over the world. As our first service, Codiska is a multilingual platform for kids to learn how to code in their native language. Learning to code helps to develop their key soft skills, such as problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, and self-confidence. By providing this platform in multiple languages we aim to reduce inequality in the accessibility of children worldwide wanting to learn how to code. The platform connects students with mentors around the world using our project-based, fun and flipped learning material designed for kids.

Khoshgovar (Coca-Cola Iran) is a Coca-Cola bottler with about 80 branches and 2000 sales representatives, covering more than 300,000 outlets all over the country. My role as a consultant to the senior management was to establish and manage a team for:- Assisting the company to transform IT department from a data repository department to a strategic business enabler by establishing an IT vision and roadmap (to integrate its business propositions and processes with technology).- Assisting the company in implementing the IT roadmap by executing a number of projects in the areas of infrastructure, ERP, BI and fraud detection.- Forming the new IT organisation to take over the outcomes and deliverables of the aforementioned projects. - Assisting the company to proactively manage the change and to help people cope with it in a more convenient way.
