Designed a new digital brand for the jewelry industry with the newest innovations such as online jewelry customization, virtual ring try-on (AR) . Furthermore, we designed a comprehensive roadmap to change the customer behavior of the Iran jewelry industry. Currently, the first phase of the project has been implemented, which you can see below.

Implemented two online platforms for publishing content and gathering information from citizens for spatial planning. In addition, we Implemented a software that automatically gathered and mined data from social media to provide a manager BI dashboard.

At Almas Karimkhan Complex, my team and I (redone) collaborated with the Namira Idea team as a department of Branding and Public Relations. When we started, Almas Karimkhan was in the last stages of construction and there was no jewelry gallery owner stationed.I listed some of the projects which I had done :1. Implemented a marketplace website with a jewelry market fit management system.2. Analyzed and designed jewelry exhibitions. Also made the necessary negotiations and prepared contracts.3. Ran projects presentation meeting with the goal of healing gallery owners who invested in this project and suffered by 20-year construction project delay.4. Reduced cost of the digital products by innovations and systematizing processes.5. Reduce development costs with IT solutions.6. Found sponsors7. Executed unofficial opening project that we should cover all over unready galleries with meaningful content about 300 in less than 2 weeks with not enough budget. We did completely with all defined standards.The key point of my work in this situation is clearly understanding the stakeholders' imaginations and using all tech power to reach them correctly .

We linked small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to people directly and also strive to build meaningful connections with their audience in other words we improve their marketing. Our vision is to make brand of Iranian products, the best.
