Service Desk Analyst
Current- Manage and resolve service requests via Cherwell ticketing system, documenting and tracking all incidents for comprehensive reporting.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting for common software and hardware issues for office 365 applications, windows operating systems, and company deployed software for clients
- Support the full lifecycle of IT tasks, including employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and organizational changes.
- Configure and deploy new and repurposed PCs, and oversee shipping of IT equipment to remote locations.
