CurrentResponsibilities:Undertaking KYC to verify the identity of clients before the commencement of business ensuring strict compliance regulations are adhered toSuccessfully onboarding corporate clients to the business, understanding their requirements and concerns to ensure they understand the services availableOnboarding Williams and Glyn (W&G part of RBS Bank) clients as part of a switching scheme ensuring they understand the process and all requirements are satisfiedUnderstanding client requirements and working with Amaze Direct (Retail Clients), regularly engaging with them and assisting them with relevant business products Assisting clients with lending facilities and setting up internet banking for corporate customers with complex requirements using Commercial Online Banking, exchange rates, payment options (including BACs, Swift, Bulk, CHAPS and SEPA)Supporting the Customer Care Team responsible for enhancing the customer experience while also being responsible for Fraud and Compliance during busy periods ensuring all customers receive a positive customer service experience as part of customer relationship managementKey Achievements:Supporting Clients with the BBLsSignificantly contributed to changing the Identification and Verification process ensuring compliance was embedded into this processKey member of the Internet Banking Focus Group to provide feedback of Metro Changes to allow a continuous improvement approachSuccessfully completed the Professional Banking Certificate and acted as Team Leader for Amaze Direct and in each role as well as the key point of contact for retail and digital bankingSuccessfully became a Digital Specialist, an EOD Champion and trained new starts when joining the team to ensure best practice and a consistent approach by all
