DETAIL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:■ Planning and Designing the steps of assembling LED, LCD television■ Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and overhauling of Industrial and Commercial Generator (25KVA-1MVA).■ Supervising and monitoring of engineering team to accelerate the job■ Troubleshooting and repairing of all type of Audio visual equipment of Rangs (LCD, LED, CTV, PJTV, Plasma TV, CD, VCD and Audio)■ Setup a SKD Factory at Tejgaon, Dhaka for the production of LEDTV and successfully handed over finished product to distribution department for sale■ To ensure smooth, prudent, economic and safe operation of all service centers in compliance with all regulatory and environmental legislations.■ Installation of site inspection for load calculation, cost estimation and place selection to run electricity producing devices as Portable and Industrial Generators (5KVA-10KVA & 25KVA-1MVA) ■ Evaluate new machines of Industrial & Commercial Generator (Brand: Power Bank, Engine: Perkins, Deutz & Commins, Alternator: Stamford & Leroy Somer, Capacity: 20KVA-1MVA), taking into account cost, availability of materials, strength and maintenance requirements■ Co-ordinate with all regional service centers in-charge over all regions and collect update work status■ Prepare daily, weekly, Monthly work schedule and AMC for better customer service■ Vendor development, purchasing, import, clearing & forwarding, logistics and warehousing■ Yearly budget preparation for different service center’s In-charge (prepared on the basis of place & population of that place) and approved by MD, distribution it to the respective service center and follow up its achievement by quarterly meeting■ Establishment of new service center at different location, recruitment of new technician and engineers as when required
