If you go to the big company, you are a small cog in a big machine. Your work can be replaced and what you do is pretty much repetitive.So, that was the inspiration for me to do more and learn accordingly in my early professional life. As an Assistant Manager, Business Development, I have been working for Pi Labs Bangladesh Ltd. since early 2016. It was the same time when my company had decided to scale up and keep moving forward to reach the vision of making an R&D platform for Bangladesh. Then I started from the one-man army and now have built a team of good numbers where I am operating business growth, marketing strategies as well as sales innovation. Alhamdulillah, I have got opportunities from each difficulty and keep myself optimistic in every tough situation. I had worked for Tech Valley Solutions Ltd. in the first part of my career. It is a company where I have learned so many things like teamwork, cooperation and communication skills. They have a great motto which is client satisfaction. They always give their clients the first priority. Such passion really helped me to think positively and motivated to work hard for the clients. Finally, I want to say that communication and collaboration can solve any problem like magic. I love to meet new people and work for them. I think we should work for the common good and betterment of mankind.
