• Overall O&M and 1st line support of Ericsson IN (CS 4.0) and their nodes SDP, AIR, VS, HP-IVR, MINSAT, INS, CCN and database (SyBase, TimesTen) etc, for the managed services of Airtel Bangladesh.
• IN operations like implementation and manage Tariff structure, Service Class, promotions, bonus based on conditions, dedicate account, EOCN etc. Refill logic configuration. Generate, update and purge Vouchers as per.
• MINSAT Administration, ensure communications between MINSAT, EMA, AIR and SDP. Prepare Revenue Report from ASN.1 CDR and DR for weekly basis.
• Shell scripting and report automation. Developed automation for IN performance report and Revenue Report.
• Trouble Ticket Handling. Troubleshooting for system hardware (Sun V440, E2900, HP-DS 150 and storages servers) related technical problems, CSR handling, co-ordination with GSDC, 3PP Vendor, NOC, IT etc.

Dhaka

• Worked as a operational engineer in first Managed Service of Huawei Bangladesh (Citycell/PBTL CDMA Operator of Bangladesh)Operation and Maintenance if Huawei IN system of Citycell Managed Services.
• Operation of SCP, SMP, VC, USAU, DACP, RBI etc. Configure and manage new Service Brand, Tariff designing, responsibility over service and Platform.
