1- Recruitment Key Responsibilities Handled:- Analyse the need of organization in terms of manpower.- Ensuring the recruitment and selection process is followed.- Collecting & creating Job Descriptions, advertising on job portals & newspapers.- Collecting candidates resumes in file.- Filtering the candidates according to the job description.- Prepare a questionnaire and send it to the candidates to save time.- Sorting and shortlisting the candidates as per the requirements. - Arranging for technical panels and coordinating at all levels of Interviews.- Conducting HR interviews to check the candidate’s suitability for the requirement.- Negotiate candidates package following the company process, procedures and the opening budget.- Prepare the offer letter and sending to the selected candidates.- Collecting the signed offer letter and candidate’s resignation from his current employer to reduce the risk.- Save all the documents and communication with the candidates in an electronic file.- Employee reporting to work.- Opening close.2- HR Key Responsibilities Handled:- Process new employees through the company orientation program which includes company rules, regulation, culture, etc.- Explaining the policies, procedures, benefits, and what will be expected from the new employee. - Process employees contracts.- Helping employees with medical insurance claims.- Process new employee Iqama.- Process GOSI registration following company process and procedures. - Maintaining personal files of employees and documentation (Hard and soft copy).- Manage employees Iqma renew and contract renew.- Manager role when the Corporate HR Director was not in the office.- Working with the Corporate HR director, carrying out disciplinary actions with an employee.- Process the monthly payroll and payroll deductions.- Process exit re-entry visa – Muqeem Portal.- Process final exit visa – Muqeem Portal.- Manage MOL Online account.
