Initiating and managing the setup for the dealerships activities in the Jordanian market (Sales, After Sales ,HR ,Administration and Financing)• Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountability; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.• Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.• Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.• Coordinates efforts by establishing sales, after sales, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.• Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/sales and service training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Managing &Directing Service Center (Customer support, Workshop departments &branches):• Initiate and develop work strategy, standard procedure and practices for the new established After Sale /CS department, workshop and all sections.• Re engineering for the National Service Center.• Prepare, evaluate, and recruit the needed resources, tools and materials for the CS, Workshop and branches.• Monitor &follow complain registry and maintenance dedicated to customers with responsible managers.• Hold discussions with customers for technical /commercial clarifications as required.• Supervises, direct and coordinates the work of the Managers/Supervisors /Engineers & personnel assigned to CS, Workshop sections and branches.• Ensuring implementation of plans safely, efficiently at the lowest possible cost.• Studies latest developments in equipments, techniques and advises subordinates.• Setting planes for campaigns as requested/advised by principals.• Supervising and guiding warranty officer for warranty cases as per standards • Initiating and following up technical agreements for the sack of customers with principals.• Setting the long term needs of manpower, trainings and tools needs for all related sections and departments.• Supervising/guiding the Training Center/Training Manager of Genserv.• Setting training planes with principals for our engineers, Technicians and customers.• Enhancing reporting and documentation for service centre and between departments.• Guiding service contract issuing and execution.• Branding project manager with Volvo international.• Supervising /guiding all branches / branch managers and supervisors in Oman according to company policies.• Day to day following up for invoicing and all related documentations.• Monitoring and guiding expenses across Departments/Sections.• Budgeting for all related departments.

• Familiarizes with the procedure related to procurement activities & reviews procurement policy & requirements with the General Manager.• Review the proposal versus project requirements & advice the Project Managers of expected overruns on budgeted costs and / or changes in delivery periods and lead times.• Develops and implements short- and long-term procurement strategies designed to reduce costs and improve quality and service while meeting Institution goals and objectives and works closely with Institution staff to ensure these measures are achieved.• Purchasing all materials for the company local / foreign purchases; covering all classes of materials required for the company, Raw materials ,packaging materials , chemicals, maintenance spares, office supplies, fire and safety equipment, repair equipment, tools ,mobile equipment etc.• Covers development of quotations, bid analyses, order placement, follow up for receipt, clearing and records• Includes purchase of stock items as well as “Direct issue materials for projects and capital and expense budget items.• Initiating and leading annual contracts for material and services supplying with coordination with other departments• Supervises, directs and coordinates the work of the personnel assigned to my group• Scrutinizes and approves or recommends for approval bid analyses prepared by buyers according to authorized limits of approval• Applies purchasing policy approved by management including financial authorization, methods of tendering, handling bids etc. ensures honesty and no misuse within sections.• Handles all correspondence with suppliers with regard to purchase orders placed and quotations received• Control all commercial matters with suppliers including Payment Delivery and shipping terms making sure that the terms & conditions are consistent with the contractual obligations.• Instruction for insurance coverage and insurance policy’s for shipping & transportation • Supervisi

• Managing Operating and maintenance for all machinery’s and systems on board ships which included: Main engines (Diesel/Fuel oil engines from 1500 HP up to 22500 HP), Electrical generators, Cranes, Fresh water generators, Safety equipment's, Air conditioning systems, Boilers, Hydraulic systems, Air compressors, Piping systems (containing all types of valves and flanges), Pumps (Reciprocating, Centrifugal, Axial, Screw and Gear), Sewage treatment plants, ALFA-LAFAL purifiers (Lubricating oil, Diesel oil and fuel oil), all types of Heat Ex changers.
