As an internal communication specialist at Kids Help Phone, I help the organization and its staff realize the power of storytelling in engaging and inspiring their audiences. I create and deliver effective communication strategies and materials, such as newsletters, presentations, and webinars that showcase the impact and value of the organization's work and mission.I have a postgraduate certificate in public relations and corporate communications from Centennial College and a bachelor of arts in English and political science from the University of Toronto. I have also acquired certifications in WordPress and creative writing. These academic and professional credentials have equipped me with the analytical, creative, and strategic skills that I apply in my current and previous roles in the communication field.I have over five years of experience as a communication professional, working with various clients and stakeholders in different sectors and industries. I have developed meaningful relationships with them and contributed to the success of multiple projects and campaigns, such as community outreach events, multi-faith conferences, and media relations initiatives.
