I am a technical solutions director and Portfolio Manager of Instrumentation & Control Projects with more than two decades of experience in the technical projects industry. Currently, I am working at Pars Hassas Co. as the PMO director. Pars Hassas is one of the top electrical and instrumentation engineering services provider in the country. Previously, I worked at other top engineering and technical companies in Iran and improved their business operations significantly.My specialty lies in the set up of instrumentation and control equipment. As the PMO director, I offer technical guidance to project controllers or department managers working on various assignments. I have often been chosen to help resolve major technical problems faced by our clients. A previous client for Pars Hassas was one of the biggest petrochemical companies in the country. I oversaw complete project execution from site survey and data gathering to installation, testing and commissioning of the facility.I played an important role at Pars Hassas’s technical products department for growth and business expansion. I led the customer services for a number of years and played a major role in the organization’s efforts to expand into new markets in Iran and abroad. This is an area where my communication, teamwork, and optimism played a major role and we built long-lasting relationships with petrochemicals and healthcare businesses.I also led the company’s technical team of operations. I monitored the development of new processes through the IT department to help modernize the business to the changing market demands. I gained a lot of experience in engineering while working at Pars Hassas and Asr-e-Andisheh Co. I am looking to put my experiences to good use and help new businesses in the engineering industry do better. I recently joined the Solar Hut project which aims to provide emergency assistance and mobile connectivity and currently leading its technical development aspect.
