I am a strategy & marketing expert in the technology & SaaS industry for 10+ years. My journey started in 2012, in business strategy for a Mobile Payment start-up "JazzCash" in Pakistan. As part of the core launch team, I took on a wide array of responsibilities- from 5 years planning & budgeting, to pricing analytics, eco-system development and partner integrations, customer management & driving other operational efficiencies. From just a start-up, I saw the business grow to become Pakistan's largest fin-tech player, generating $50M+ annual rev. In 2016 I moved to the US to pursue an MBA, and soon after, joined Dell Technologies as a marketing strategist - primarily dealing with B2B Marketing performance & revenue growth. Learning how large Fortune 100 tech companies drive growth and efficiency was an invaluable learning experience. In early 2022, I made another move, joining Twilio's Marketing Strategy & Analytics group. In my current role, I am focused on building ROI efficiency across the marketing org, & helping top leadership understand the long-term financial health of the business. I have had the opportunity to present to C-suite execs on multiple occasions, and make a real impact on key strategic decisions. I am also playing a key role in defining and implementing GTM PLG strategy - from an investment and lead management perspective.
