Mahsing Healthcare • Assured every production line received a continuous feed of compounded latex within the required feeding specification through daily compounding planning and hourly follow-up on compounding progress.• Planned and coordinated the workforce based on individual task expertise to maximize work efficiency.• Responsible for the overall compounding area activities, including worker on-job training, work instruction compliance, facility maintenance, departmental safety improvement, and housekeeping.• Developed specifications and guidelines for the compounding process flow and mechanical specifications such as chemical blending flow rate and stirrer rpm to ensure defect-free compounded latex and maintain the quality during production.• Ensured and improved product traceability by documenting every lot of incoming chemicals and latex in every batch of compound preparation as part of the requirements in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016.• Collaborated with the production executive, process engineer, and R&D executive in troubleshooting product quality problems by identifying the defect's root cause and making recommendations for improvements. • Planned and executed the trial of twenty (20) new glove products and communicated with the R&D executive and process engineer for compound specification adjustment to meet the glove requirements. • Monitored daily latex and compound chemical stock levels for consumption calculation and provided a daily forecast to warehouse department to maintain chemical stock level.• A material planner for latex and compounding chemicals for production based on the marketing plan for manufacturing.• Planned, coordinated, and communicated with purchasing, shipping, and warehouse departments for the logistics of incoming raw latex containers to the factory, setting up a weekly divert schedule.
