I’m worked on “Orders & Follow up” that is the from basket to after order of customer side. (Multi basket, Orders tab, Checkout and Follow up page)some of my achievements:• Increase visibility and awareness of promotions like, Delivery, FoodPro, Cash back and Ads in follow order journey by design spots strategy based on business objectives.• Improved use of category in vendor list to enhance user experience and increase micro-CR of vendor list.• Facilitating Crazy's 8 sessions to decrease ~31.7% (absolute) of search flow's drops (Improve on Search Suggestion Page)• Redesign search flow from visibility to search result and increase search usage ~ 20% (Relative) and result's CTR. almost 11% (Relative) • Make structure for mobile screen width diversity for Design, Tech, QA and Product team. • Launch our amazing design system (Bonyan) on customer product for alpha release.

• Designed more than 10 features, including a permission tab, coupon tab, report tab, editing orders feature, customer wallet, alternate payment option, schedule ordering, and send as a gift feature.• Successfully designed and developed the Orders app, optimized for tablet use, which resulted in a significant 15% increase in sales, and attract 3 potential clients.• Achieving a 15% increase in conversion rate for redesigning scheduled ordering feature and generating significant revenue growth.• Worked cross-functionally with stakeholders and product managers to write comprehensive Product Requirement Documents for new features.
