In 2014, I left my corporate job to pursue en Throughout my journey in entrepreneurship, I founded the government-approved Entrepreneurs Club of Bangladesh (E-Club), which now supports over 600++ Entrepreneurs. My contributions have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Best Social Innovation Award (2017), New Entrepreneur Award (2018), Mentor Behind 2021 Award, and the Next Generation Leadership Award from the Global Youth Parliament in Nepal (2022). I have also been honored with a Merit Scholarship in Project Management from ABP and have served as an ICT national judge with BASIS.Academically, I have published four international journals and authored multiple books to address the lack of Bengali-language resources for entrepreneurs. These include "UDDOGTAR UCCHAKANKHA" (2018), "BANGLADESH UDDOGTA ECOSYSTEM EBONG VOBISSOT" (2019), and more recent titles such as "Learn Alphabet with Technology," "Chat-GPT: JUHIKI NA SUJOG," and "Click Korar Age Bhaovo."With degrees in Computer Science & Engineering and an MBA, I currently serve as CEO of Nexkraft Limited where I lead a team of over 70 software engineers in delivering cutting-edge technology services to major corporations.In addition to my professional roles, I am the charter President of the Lions Club of Dhaka Emperors and hold memberships in several prominent organizations, including DCCI, BMCCI, CIS-BCCI, BIDCOA, and BCS. I also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management, am certified in PRINCE2, Agile Management, and Cyber Security, and hold certifications from Google.Beyond entrepreneurship, I founded Whistle, an education platform focused on STEM, Robotics, Coding, Math, and Ethics, and initiated the ICT Olympiad Bangladesh (www.ictolympiadbangladesh.com) the nation's largest ICT education based competition platform. Professionally, I have led over 100 technology projects and continue to mentor and invest in startups such as nexParc, Babytube, Whistle, Mindshaper, Mechanix, Cyber Sence Global, and Cybertech Council. I have delivered over 100 motivational speeches to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and youth.Despite my achievements, I believe that confidence, mental preparation, self-assessment, and skill development are key to entrepreneurial success. As a visionary leader, my contributions have played a pivotal role in shaping Bangladesh’s technology and entrepreneurial ecosystems, creating a brighter future for upcoming entrepreneurs.
