Currently working as a Site Electrical Engineer for the SEC Project “Construction of Diriyah Gate 132/13.8kV Substation (S/S 8240) in Riyadh Area”.Job Responsibilities: Site supervision and Witnessing of all electrical equipment installations: Power Transformers, Gas Insulated Switchgear, Metal Clad Switchgear, Laying and termination of HV, MV & LV Cables, Control/Protection panels, AMI System, Capacitor Banks, LV AC/DC panels, and Surge arrestor. Review of approved/ IFC drawings to prepare BOQ/ material procurement request and follow up with project team PM/PE to get all the drawings at site as soon as possible to plan site work accordingly. Arrangement of technical and human recourses accordingly to site construction schedule and coordinate with PM/PE. Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower and materials. Preparation of 2-week look ahead schedule for site activities. Preparation of daily progress reports and submission to client. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis at site. Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
