• Developed CAD model for biological cells using SolidWorks that resembles the experimental measurements of Atomic Force Microscopy. • Developed, implemented and optimized a scalable algorithm that simulates interaction between biological cells in fluid suspension using Fortran, the algorithm was tested on 2 cells, 4 cells, and 104 cells. • Wrote Fortran subroutines for writing visualization data for TecPlot and Paraview.• Increased the volume fraction of cells from 7% to 30 % in a curved tube by implementing cell injection technique to enable simulating high volume fraction blood flow in curved geometry. • Performed over 50 high-fidelity coupled CFD-Finite Element simulations for biological cells on supercomputers (Amarel, Rutgers & Bridges-2, Pittsburgh supercomputing center).
