Business Development Manager
Current* Closely collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product leadership as well as the dedicated B2C PMM to create alignment, ensure success, and meet product goals.* Plan and execute all Digital Marketing, including SEO/SEM, Marketing Database, Email, Social Media, and display advertising campaigns.* Develop a full marketing strategy to support global product growth utilizing a variety of B2B channels and activities, including events, acquisition campaigns, communities, analyst relations, sales enablement, etc.* Technical Pre-sales meetings with customers, to understand their technical requirements and in turn, generate solution proposals based on SmartWeb's products ( SmartCRM , SmartEdu ... ) * Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).* Constantly work hand-in-hand with sellers to gather feedback, optimize the sales funnel, and bring in new business.* Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.* Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.* Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate* Web Development & Management.
