Production Analyst at the Production Support Department, Afiniti PK.Responsibilities:• Working with the Global Production Support (GPS) team to ensure smooth running of Global Production Operations on EMEA-based Afiniti Accounts.• Providing complete operations support/post-deployment support to clients as well as internal teams. Also researching, responding, documenting, tracking and reporting all requests and incidents in this regard.• Performing initial assessment of business impact and urgency. Also performing initial troubleshooting of production incidents for all the stakeholders.• Performing comprehensive root cause analysis of production and performance impacting issues and advising on how to prevent their recurrence.• Maintaining agents’ data for clients and checking its overall integrity as well as managing AIMS (Agent Information Management System) web app.• Preparing demographic reports using SQL server / My SQL as requested by the Production Support Leadership.• Fetching data from JIRA in order to translate it into meaningful information for the management by analyzing it using MS Excel.• Managing and implementing system maintenance and administration alongside the System Administration team, DB team and Switch Interface Engineers.• Statistical analysis and reporting of Afiniti data on client’s request using the DB and portal.• Resolving Tier 1 issues and escalating Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues to the SID (System Implementation and Deployment) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) teams along with a thorough analysis.
