As a Health Informatics Specialist, I led the ET9 OR Utilization project for my service area. I collaborated closely with OR scheduling gatekeepers and perioperative leadership, ensuring they fully understood the system build and addressing any questions as the subject matter expert. As an Applications Analyst, I led a Behavioral Health physician documentation improvement project, leveraging in-depth knowledge of dynamic documentation and Workflow MPages technical builds. The primary goal was to reduce the time providers spent in the EMR and improve overall efficiency. The impact was clear, with providers saving an average of 3-5 minutes per patient, as demonstrated in the Cerner Advance platform.
