• Handling student inquiries regarding different programs from potential students & conducting suitability interviews (The aim of the suitability of an interview is to establish viable candidates who have applied for UCA and aim to identify personal attributes/skills and motivations which render applicants suitable for the University• Develop and maintain a vast knowledge of the products and services being offered by GUS to the customers/students.• Communicates customer feedback to various teams‑including technical and marketing departments – to improve the overall customer experience.• Provide outstanding customer service to all students, and all stakeholders, which is timely and efficient, and encourages students to choose GUS.• Providing individually tailored advice to all prospective students.• Assist students with non-academic needs and provide assistance in a range of student support services.
