• Information technology /Information systems • Responsibilities• Managing and holding whole full Responsibility of the IT/IS department from all aspects:- Managing IT/IS employees plans, IT/IS PDP, implementing systems/projects, provide management with all required data/reports, keeps all systems running all times al all company sites, follow up new technologies, strategic planning.- Administer all other applications (coupon tracking system, MENAITECH HR & Payroll systems, AX ERP system, and Activewear system.- Administering & configuring telephone central.- Administering security system.- Administering a monitoring system.- Administering backup system & disaster recovery plan.- Administering internet connections (ADSL, Leases line, Fiber), (user email address), & (internet access policies).- Administering & configuring the time attendance system.- Preparing purchase orders for the department.- Preparing the department's standard operating procedures (SOPs).- Preparing the department's budget.- Evaluating and installing new software and hardware.- Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016.- Assisting, supporting, and training users.- Maintaining various networking (Lan\Wan) and technical issues, such as:- Cabling installation, cisco networks supporting (switches, routers, and firewalls).- VPN networks configuring & supporting (site to site) and VPN clients Network security physical access, logical access, password controls... Etc.

* Provide on-call consulting advice and technical support to various users regarding specific operational and applications issues.• Assist in managing multiple linked databases to include security, data safety and integrity, disaster recovery.• Assist in implementing, planning system security policy, to include firewalls, host and client access, file permissions, and user accounts.• Assist in installing and debugging new and/or upgraded software on server and client platforms, ensure compliance with current site licenses; designs, programs, and manages websites and associated pages.• Research, evaluate purchases, install, configure, and troubleshoot all hardware, peripherals, and equipment necessary to meet integrated systems objectives.• Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems.• Install required operating system, security patches and bug fixes and maintain consistency. Download and install current Anti-Virus signature files, and scan all hard-drives using them.• Recommend and direct software changes and updates to keep department systems up-to-date. • Maintain contact with all employees, hardware/software vendors and other systems representatives.• Ensure data is backed up on a regular basis.• Create/maintain user and groups accounts. Set user and group security. • Prepare emergency plans and checklists.

Maintain the PCs Hardware and Software for the head office and for fourteen branches.-Monitoring the user privileges on the Domain controller Windows 2008 server.-Manage exchange 2007 features.Configure DVR system for branches.• Implementing, Configuring, Designing, Maintaining and Troubleshooting Network environment.
