Responsibility as Project Management Officer:- Arranging activities and projects tasks among project team members, internal departments, customers, Contractors and subcontractors to meet project objectives and ensure project completion within its defined constraints.- Managing projects stakeholders: o By understanding their expectations. o Defining their level of engagement and keeping them engaged. o Keeping them informed by arranging regular meetings, passing by for a talk or having coffee, as well as sending regular reporting project status and needed information.- Developing Project management standards, creating a common set of principles, practices, and templates for managing various organizational projects, as well as hiring and developing a project management team (team size was 4 to 6 project managers and coordinators).- Coaching project managers on various ways a company can run projects.- Maintaining an updated status of projects that are underway and those that have requests pending review, and to be compiled and reported to the management / clients.- Meeting, coordinating and cooperating with client’s managements / employees.- Managing resource planning, and resource forecasts.Responsibility as Acting Technical Manager:- Building capable team from different 4 technologies (.Net, Php, IOS, Android).- Building a team who worked to develop standard modules to support reusable code and minimize development time and cost.- Supporting technical pre-sales team by providing technical consultation.- Building Support team, who was able to continue solving all coming ticket within support standards timing and meeting client satisfactions up to very good level.- Building support standards and templates and having support system in place.
