During this period, I developed strong communication and negotiation skills that allowed me to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.Galaxy Master Trainer (2016 - 2020) | SamsungIn 2016, I was promoted to the role of Galaxy Master, taking on the responsibility of training and developing sales teams across Northern Iraq. As a Galaxy Master, I was tasked with creating and delivering comprehensive training programs designed to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. I ensured that all teams were well-prepared to represent Samsung’s brand and products effectively. My work in this role significantly contributed to the overall performance and professionalism of the sales teams, which directly impacted the company’s success in the region.
