I am a civil engineer with 26 years of experience (10 years in Egypt + 16 years in Saudi Arabia), and I worked as a senior civil engineer and project manager in Infrastructure (sewage, water) and Building projects in both the fields of implementation and supervision. During this period I managed and successfully completed many projects within the required scope, schedule, cost and quality. I have worked on many tasks, including the following:- Review and approve various deliverables submitted by contractors, such as work inspection requests, shop drawings, as-built drawings, organizational structures, materials, schedules, and invoices according to contract specifications and conditions.-Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.- Conducting periodic meetings with contractors and related stakeholders to discuss the status of projects and implementation problems and to develop appropriate solutions for them.- Continuously updating the risk register during the project duration and developing response plans for these risks and implementing them in a timely manner.- Study and review change requests submitted by contractors and submit them to the Change Control board for approval.- I participated in many initial and final handover committees for various projects.
