• Complete detailed engineering inspections including repairs maintenance and costing of all yard sections to receive it from the previous contractor such as (two floating docks, steel fabrication, machining, piping, electrical, mechanical, surface treatment, accommodation, jetties facilities.• Working team set-up (engineers, draftsmen, supervisors, fabricators, welders).• Setting up the required equipment (welding machines, workshops, treatment plants)• Complete repairing and maintaining of all facilities specially floating dock to be under class certificates again (more than 400 tons of steel renewal works, machines maintenance, water and sewage plants

• Monitoring 3 projects with ARAMCO as follow:1- Fabrication, Transportation and Installation of Offshore Pipelines & Cables (19 pipelines + 10 marine cables). (Aramco). Finished.2- Water injection and Oil Pipelines at Nauyyem Field (Onshore) Armaco. Finished.3- Manifa upstream onshore pipelines (Aramco) Ongoing.• Overall co-ordination of projects.• Management of supplier/contractual relationships.• Monitoring of, and responding to, issues at the project level• Managing and leading the projects teams.• Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.• Monitoring project progress and performance.• Providing status reports to the project sponsor.

Production Manager: from Oct. 2006 till Mai 2008, 1/2003 Up to 12/2004 Working as (Welding Engineer & Welding Inspector) and from 12/2004 Up to 10/2006 Working as (QC/QA and Technical Office Manager)• Responsible for all construction works (18 site engineers + 800 technicians).• Building of 64 meter Length Anchor Handling Tug Supply Fire fighting Vessel (6 Ships).• Responsible for all welding works in the yard (new and repair) (2 ships for conversion and more than 95 ships for repair.• Direct and coordinate, through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with production of company product (ship building, ship repair, offshore rig repair and steel structures), utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures• Establish quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls• Plan and direct production activities• Coordinate production activities• Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports• Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve quality.• Revise production schedules• Consult with engineering personnel relative to modification of machines• Resolve of grievances• Direct and support Production Engineers • Assure machinery is properly maintained and repaired to support production requirements • Assure Production Engineers have the information and tools to operate their departments safely. • Review and approve or react to reports, requests, etc Drive quality initiatives and resolve quality issues (Welding-site instruction, design and technical office) for 64 meter Length Anchor Handling Tug Supply Fire fighting Vessel (5 Ships). Responsible for all the welding works (site, design, technical office) for 4 Tugs, each 34 meter length Supervise the working activities of 8 ships for rebuild and conversion, more than 200 ships for repair, 3 offshore (legs braces cracks testing and repairing)

 Carry out through welding inspection activities for SHUT DOWN related to all static Equipment including, piping, Pipeline, vessels, heat exchangers, Heaters, Valves. Tanks Towers, Jacket & Deck top side structures. Insure that all QA/QC activities are performed according to applied codes, and Quality plan Review Procedures and Certificates  Prepare and Review NDT Reports Review and approve WPS and NDT Procedures. NDT Inspection UT, RT, MT, PT and Visual inspection before, during and after welding  Interpretation of RT films Review of inspection and safety procedures Review All fabricated Items drawings and interpreting of welding symbols and welding drawings to Conduct and approve welders according to applied codes Supervising NDT Technicians and controlling their duties Maintain qualification record certification on all NDE personnel Witnessing and reviewing Repair procedures Maintaining and reviewing all welding records, radiographs Calibration procedure according to ISO 9001 Final inspection and punch list Supervising and maintaining preheating, interpass heating and PWHT Supervising Inspection of All welding equipments including consumables, machines, cables, ... Recommend corrective action when working does not meet quality standards Final acceptance and certification that the requirements of the specification have been met Responsible of all Welding Activities Review and approve Welding Procedures Interpretation of all welding Symbols to show weld procedure, filler metal,.. Review Fit up and supervising Dimensional Check of all fabricated Items.
