Employed as Administration, PR Manager for a British Consulting company appointed by the Ministry of Youth & Sport to deliver a Sports City for the Republic of Iraq. My key role among many is to ensure the accurate distribution of contract & technical information between all appointed parties. Translating documents from Arabic to English and vice versa for the project director and his team thus ensuring the language barrier is overcome. Implementing security procedures for the safe movement of foreign nationals in and around the project and Basra City. Managing the day to day duties of Iraq staff in the areas of administration and office support, also carrying out the maintenance of the office computers and internet system.

My role was to win and negotiate contracts awarded by Basra local government on behalf of plantec (German Engineering consulting office).

My key role among many was to ensure that all maintenance activities are done in time and according to the specs and the client requirement, managing the operation staff and direct them to the right and professional way, looking after work orders from the client and distribute it to the teams, Software IT maintenance, Organizing all the forms, checklists and rest of paper work for the staff, soft copy and hard copy archiving for all daily paper work, Tracking all garbage and water trucks and where they are so we can put that in writing and make sure that the trucks will travel according to the time schedule, coordinate and approve the temp entry authorization and badge applications from the security depts. In Majnoon oil field, also general filed management activities.

Employed as the Southern Region Administration Manager, Local Nationalities Manager for the largest British security Companies, my key role was managing the Iraqis, pay roles, administration management for all of the documents, translation and Public relations.

Day to day management and supervision of waste management operatives in and around the city of Basra. Leading a team of 20+ personnel, my duties were to ensure staff removed waste from the streets and disposed of it correctly.
