Performing as a dining room supervisor for the dining outlet. My task is to provide great customer service and also performing the regular waiter duties, as well as directing my fellow waiters. My duties are :-Guide guests to their seats by maintaining a upbeat and friendly attitude-Assigning waitstaff to their tables-Placing orders and making sure the waitstaff place and serve the correct tables-Train and manage staff-Making sure that the property's standards are met-Performing opening and closing duties by checking that mise en place is done as per the standards

Responsable of the mise en place needed before, during and after the service, making sure the guests' tables is setup as per the company standars . Performing as an apprentice waiter, I was assigning the duties giving by the senior waiter (chef de rang)

-Working as a runer, I have learnt the basic of the service in a restaurant
