As a software engineer, I was responsible from the current tasks:1. Train new candidates, new employees and national service incomers.2. Analyse user requirements.3. Write and test code, refining and rewriting it as necessary and communicate with any employees involved in the project.4. Research, design and write new software programs and business applications to satisfy job needs.5. Evaluate the software and systems that make computers and hardware work.6. Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.7. Integrate existing software products and get incompatible platforms to work together.8. Create technical specifications.9. Write systems to control the scheduling of jobs or to control the access allowed to users or remote systems.10. Work closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, UX designers, other developers, systems analysts and others related to business.13. Consult business owners concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems, with a view to writing or modifying current operating systems.14. Investigate new technologies.15. Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house, governmental and external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
