The Nanofiltration with dead end is suitable treatment method for separate from dye and NaCl for water reuse. There are different nanofiltration system methods; cross flow and dead end. Nanofiltration system with dead end has been setup at the laboratory to suit for the treatment textile wastewater with high dye concentration. Then applied a pressure of five bars. The results shows that at string speed of 100 rpm, the dye rejection will be almost the same as 200 rpm string speed. With applying five bars. The results was 97.58% dye rejection and 28% NaCl rejection. There were 2 membrane was investigated in this study, N245 has a better results in dye rejection from N270 up to 99.64%. Due to fouling in the membrane N270, the rejection decreased. However, salt rejection in N270 was recorded to be higher than N245 up to 28.04%. Flux was recorded higher in N245 than N270 up to 37.87 L/m2h. As the concentration of dye increased, the flux decreased due to the fouling in the membrane. Particle size was recorded to be increased when the the string speed increased in the solution. For instance, when the string speed was 50 rpm, the particle size was recorded to be 1985 d.nm and when the string speed was 200 rpm, the particle size was recorded to be 4796d.nm.• Involved in making of flat sheet polymeric membrane• Basic Characterization of those membranes• Evaluating the performance of those membranes in the removal of dye using nano-filtration.
