During the last decade in the tech sector, I have worked with both small and large companies, various startups, and governmental institutions. It has been an incredible journey where I've gained a huge amount of insight from numerous users. I've enjoyed digging deep down across different industries, especially Hospitality and Health. I have a Master's in Information Technology, during which I proposed a Decision Support System that benefits from User Experience and Deep Learning.
