I have been privileged to work in different countries and completed internships in places such as Mumbai, Delhi and London. After I started my career as a financial analyst and business development specialist in a boutique investment bank I changed to hospitality. In 2017, I switched my career from banking to hospitality and started with the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, as a Guest Relations agent and was fortunate to be selected for Marriot’s unique Tahseen Management Development Program. In 2018, I became an Assistant Manager in the F&B Department, after which I moved to Riyadh as a Hospitality Officer in a private hospitality organization.Technology as hugely important within the hospitality industry, it’s one of the ways to empower innovations that leverage technology and take the hospitality businesses to a whole new level. Moreover, it is crucial to understand the customer experiences, as it is a key element for innovative ideas.My short-term goals, I aspire to introduce unique digital transformation solutions to the Saudi marketplace and empower local hospitality leaders to take back control of their data. My long-term goals are aligned with Saudi vision 2030, as I have a great passion to take part in the digitalization of the hotel & restaurant sector.
