This involves collaborating seamlessly across various Internal and external stakeholder by providing vital support in driving digital engagement initiatives including content creation, influencer engagement. In overseeing Influencer campaigns and community management, I develop comprehensive strategies, processes, and methodologies for engaging influencers effectively. I also take charge of monitoring and optimizing influencer campaigns while providing guidance and assistance to community managers. Furthermore, in the realm of Social Media Listening, I lead efforts to analyze campaign and organic media, conduct sentiment analysis, and assess the impact of influencer activities, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement. Led the Implementation and deployment of the Healthcare Professional (HCP) website capability, which was a part of a broader digital marketing channels project (DIH, Veeva, DAT, COH) in Europe , LATAM and EEMEA Region for Organon company that later has spin off from the MSD.

- Led the business analysis and managed the implementation of the HCP Web portals for branded and unbranded content for Health care professionals in EUROPE and EEMEA Region- Successfully managed the implementation of two Customer Solutions projects that are designed to support patients / physicians / pharmacists and other organizations in achieving improved patient outcomes, in Switzerland and Austria. - Successfully Led and delivered the Contract Life-Cycle management project for a couple of business units (commercial, legal) in Switzerland.
