RESPONSIBILITIES:-• Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problems.• Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries.• Developing the infrastructure and systems to meet the company’s needs.• Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet.• Investigate specialist and complex IT support issues.• Communicating with third party technical specialists.• Configuring and managing backup & restore procedures.• Maintaining a wide range of computer hardware and software programs.• Provide secondary support for LAN administration.• Responsible for allocating work to junior staff and induction training for new staff.• Deploying new hardware, server backups & evaluating new software & security risks.• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems, XP, Vista, Windows 8, Windows 10 & Microsoft Office up to Office 2013.• Maintained inventory of all IT Assets (Pc/Printer/Laptop/Server & Network equipment)• Installing Configuring Network Printers.• Installing Configuring Network Resources (Shared folders from Server).• Reporting directly to the IT Manager and collaborating closely with other IT team members. Responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner and resolving queries to the user’s satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-• Perform routine checks on networks and systems as part of regular maintenance checks.• Assist customers with identifying problems & provide resolution.• Training new employees. • Applying patches in accordance with company procedures.• Take backups of important users and company data and records.• Identify user-specific and organization-specific system needs, install required hardware and software.• Perform necessary upgrades and repairs to networks as per ticket raised.• Provide assistance to users on the proper use of hardware and software.• Outlook configurations and support.• Maintained inventory of all IT Assets (Pc/Printer/Laptop/Server & Network equipment).• Diagnosed and resolved operating system, hardware and software program problems to root causes.• Deploy and configuring PCs, Workstations and Laptops.• Helping clients with regards to technical issues.• Involved in the rollout of software updates and patches.• Troubleshooting and resolve issues related to the network.
