• Responsible for reviewing Contract agreement, Costing and preparing review report.• Studying Electrical design schematics, load schedules and specification to prepare workshop drawings for consultant and local authority. • Performing voltage drop calculation to obtain appropriate cable and breaker capacity.• Keeping track of SEWA/DEWA updated regulation for compliance in new projects.• Preparation of Electrical procedures for installation test and commissioning. Reading electrical design specification and technical drawings.• Actively interact with our clients, assess and establish their current and future needs requirements.• Negotiating with suppliers and purchase items at optimum cost.• Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to manager.• Coordinating with DEWA/SEWA for connection, estimation, inspections and NOC.• Liaising with and monitoring third party contractors.• Coordinating with purchase department for on time arrangement of materials as per project plan.• Rising RFI’s and attending technical meetings on a weekly basis to resolve non-conformity arising at site• To review and approve supplier/contractor submittals, comparison sheets, technical details before submission to consultant for approval.• Involvement in coordination of MEP services such as HVAC, ELV systems, fire alarm, firefighting, Water supply and Drainage system to facilitate close coordination of MEP services.• Reporting day to day activity and progress of work to Project Manager.
