* Responsible for Business Development* Leading a Sales team with major contribution.* Specialized in ADNOC group of companies like Takreer, Borouge, Gasco, ADCO, Fertile etc.* Familiar with all requirement of ADNOC fields.* Study, identify and targets customer as per their nature of business. * Understand the customer purpose of requirements and presenting appropriate rental solution.* Generate inquiry, sending quote, negotiating and closing the deal with PO/WO.* Coordinating between Client and Finance department for credit limit approval.* Maintaining client documents such as Credit application, Owners proof, Commercial License, VAT certificate and POA.* Liaise between client and operations department for deliveries and post delivery issues.* Liaise with customer for delivery order, invoice submission and payment follow-up and collection.* Monitoring rental and leasing business and focusing to increase market share.* Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails to retain and expand the business.* Conduct meetings and surveys with esteemed customers to gain continuous improvement and growth.* Acquiring product knowledge and keeping abreast of competitor product.* Generating sales report reflecting rental sale and movement of equipment.* Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.* Conducting weekly meeting to present sales report to management and sharing best practice with colleagues.* Actively committed and accountable for compliance to Oil & Gas Field HSE policies, operating procedures.* Record customers’ feedback and complaint for services provided.* Recommending new sales strategies.* Coordinating with Operations Department for equipment availability and status.* Coordinating with PRO to obtain CICPA passes and approvals from Vehicle Rent Department.

* Making daily schedule for drivers and operators (70 – 80 nos.)* Responsible to handle the issue during the deliveries.* Purchasing and controlling of materials in stock (All types of aggregate and sands).* Finding sources for different kind of material.* Controlling diesel consumption of vehicles and equipments.* Maintaining daily attendance for all drivers and operators.* Responsible for accommodation of drivers and operators.* Contact to the garage department for maintenance of vehicles and equipment (like renewal of Mulkiya, Insurance, repairing etc.)* Coordinate with accounts and HR department, related drivers and operators.* Reporting to Sales and Marketing Manager.

* Compiles and maintains records and related files of all projects.* Release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing departments.* Examines documents, such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to Verify completeness and accuracy of data.* Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel. * Resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.* Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.* May prepare requests for reproduction of documents. * Printing of drawings by using AutoCAD software.* May operate reproduction equipment. * Prepare reports and memorandums.
