Responsibility includes- Coordinates, plans, organizes and controls the work of Trainee Maintenance specialist to ensure the smooth running the process to meet company goals by using the most efficient, reliable & cost effective work procedure, while enforcing company all safety rules, standards & policies. Manage & defines the work plan for team members to maximize the performance of all personals and positively influence the all team members to extract best and efficient performance. Lead and actively participate in incident investigations for incidents.  Review daily reports, keep all group records up-to-date, reviews log entries, review equipment and process reading and do follow-up action and advise supervisor accordingly.  Review & updating drawings, specifications and technical information manuals.  Develop a culture where everyone believes 0 (Zero) incident is attainable. Prepared Schedule/routine for all kind of Maintenance job & Problem diagnostics, monitoring and evaluation. Inspection and maintenance of safety equipment and facilities, and arranges all preventive and remedial maintenance to ensure their correct function. Perform integrity test of different wells and assist in yearly well servicing to production department. Develops standard work practices, Team building and participatory approaches. Performed all schedule maintenance jobs and all emergency jobs as well to run the process plants smoothly. Manage various modifications, installation & upgrade projects in an efficient & safe manner and according to company procedures. Carry out the entire major & semi-major overhaul for the engines & machineries. To maintain plant's Spare Parts Inventory & timely placing demands of spares as per maintenance schedule, fast moving spares & for unforeseen use. Prepare job requirement & completion report, maintain the log book up-to-date.

Operational:  Responsible for safe, economic & smooth operation of the Plant with closely supervising, coordinating and Controlling all operational activities to run the plant smoothly and maximizing output.  Maintain power production at the output designated by company policy and hands on Generate  System Reports {Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Commentary, Outages, Availability, Plant Performance Indicator (P.P.I), Key Performance Indicator (K.P.I), Customer Satisfaction Assessment, International Standards, Quality Management Corrective & Preventive actions etc. Plan and issue work schedules to ensure continual safe and efficient operation of the plant or facility. Process and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer services. To investigate mechanical and electrical failures of unforeseen problems.
