Job Responsibilities: Responsible for implementation of customer’s network infrastructure, A Service Support project involving Installation, Configuration & Service Support of Cisco Routers and Switches.  Checking the WAN links and escalating the circuit issues to the service provider, and providing technical support to the all users. Deploy Cisco routers and switches, and administer Network Monitoring services. Responsible for network evaluations, troubleshooting a variety of network problems, and implementing various software and hardware upgrades. Exchange Server management (Email). Proxy Server management (Internet). Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Database Backup. Antivirus security updates. Preventive maintenance.Users/Client Support: On call technical Support in Factory, New Factory & Head office. Troubleshooting in network connectivity and PC.

Job Responsibilities:  Configuring the cisco routers and switches serial interface, Ethernet ports, Cisco switches (Troubleshooting, Installation and Configuration LAN network. Catalyst 1900,2900 & 3500 .Configuring Wan protocols Monitoring the links through Solar winds and escalating to related ISP's. Installation and configuration & Daily Backup Motorola HHT (Hand Held Terminal) device. Installing & Configuring wireless, Network & Local Printers, faxes, projectors etc. Making User in Domain Server. Appling policy’s on Users, Managing 50 clients’ computers. Responsible for network management including network performance, security monitoring, file server backup, and email server administration.
