Conducting health and safety planning meeting with Execution Team and participating in weekly safety walkthrough with Management Team.Conducting internal safety audit at periodical interval and make audit report.Carryout safety inspection of work area, machine and other tool and other tackles to observe possible unsafe conditions.Keeping a check on emergency preparedness and hazard identification and risk assessment(HIRA).Providing support and coordination with construction leads at site for HSE compliance and safe execution of the work.Preparing monthly HSE report, check list report and HSE daily observations track sheet of unsafe act &condition.Allotting work permit and closing work permit; conducting emergency mock drillsManaging safety functions and events at construction site.Conducting trainings, tool-box talks, induction and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.Implementing and enforcing the compliance of HSE policy, project HSE plan & procedures to meet client HSE expectations and requirements.
