• Developing the Project Quality Management System and leading the implementation & management of all aspects of the QC program entailing QC Test, A Inspection Program, Quality Documentation and other inspection & test personnel required at the site• Driving quality assurance & quality control at the project site; resolving complex issues related to non-conformance & deficiencies in the quality management process at the site• Preparing documents like O&M Manuals based upon client/consultant requirement, Method Statement, ITPs, Checklists & Quality Reports and conducting quality inspections of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical works as per approved method statements, ITPs, approved material submittals, approved drawings & specifications; performing inspections with client’s representative (Consultant) on workmanships, materials and testing• Planning & monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance at various project phases• Responsible for monitoring & inspection of Installation, testing & commissioning activities of Generators, transformers, RMU, Package substation, Synchronization panel, MDB, SMDB, Cable(LV & MV) IR Test, Fuel system.• Responsible for monitoring & inspection of installation, testing & commissioning activities of Grounding system, IPTV ,Fire Alarm System (Addressable & Conventional),IP CCTV,WIFI, Lighting & power system, fuel system.• Responsible for monitoring & inspection of Installation, testing & commissioning activities of Drainage System, Water Supply System, Fuel System, Fire Fighting System, Pneumatic test for piping, pressure test etc.Addressing and resolving internal & external customer complaints; conducting full analysis and implementing long-term countermeasures• Establish and maintain the Document Register in cooperation with the Project team through Oracle ACONEX Database.• Initiating the process for the final handover documentation for the smooth close-out of the project

Description of duties:• Co- erSpecification- based and Inspection checklist. Ensuring that the client requirements are fulfilled in concerning with quality and that these areadhered to throughout the project. as Product Owner for the self-serve API delivery model across various platforms. Check all Documents as Per SWCC Standard & Required, Shop Drawing, , Materials Submittals, MOS, Letters, RFI, MIR, IR, NCR, OBS Created the Quality of monthly/weekly/Daily reports based on manpower & equipment histograms, material status report, construction status report Responsible for Installation and witness related testing of power transformers such as winding resistance test, IR test, ratio test, etc. Responsible for monitoring & inspection of Installation, testing & commissioning activates of Generators, transformers, RMU, Package substation, Synchronization panel, ATS, MDB, SMDB, Low current systems like CCTV, Fire Alarm, and WIFI etc. Carryout inspection of the material when it arrives in the warehouse to ensure its conformity to the project specifications. Purchase Order and make sure that they are kept out of traffic paths. Verify the Material Receiving request with PO, FAT report, packing list, loading note, Data specification sheet and for Electrical and Instrument. Prepared & Review all Method Statement as per site. Testing of motors (LV, MV), Solo Run test, Vibration test, Rotation test. Bus bars and Cablestesting (Hi-pot, IR Test). Monitor QA/QC systems and advise executive team on system performance, publish statisticsregarding performance against set goals. Control of construction non-conformance, testing, inspection reports. Daily surveillance for ongoing works to ensure the compliance with Project Specification.Coordinate with the representative and Site In-charge for inspection. Responsible for monitoring & inspection of Installation, testing & commissioning activates of Generators, transformers, RMU, Package substation, Synchronization panel, ATS, MDB, SMDB, Low current systems like CCTV, Fire Alarm, and WIFI etc. Responsible for installation and inspection for duct bank/DB conduits as well as DB cables and will assure the installation of red dye for Electrical Duct bank and warning tape for DB conduits/cables Installation of: Cable Trays, MV & LV Power Cables, Control, Instrumentation Cables, Power Transformers 13.8kV/0.48kV, MV Switchgears, Pumps and motors, Motor Controlling Center (MCC). Monitor QA/QC systems and advise executive team on system performance, publish statistics regarding performance against set goals. Installation of LV lighting, grounding and power system and its conduiting and wiring. Responsible for installation of cable tray, duct bank, LV MV power cable, transformer13.8kv/0.48kv,MV Switchgears, ATS, Syn. panel MDB, SMDB DB Panels. Responsible for installation of power socket outlets and its conduiting and wiring. Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of lighting fixture, grounding system, cables IR test, Megger test, ratio test, winding resistance test, Hi-Pot test,(SAT) and comply with FAT Report.
