My role as Case Manager in Protection is to provide comprehensive support, coordination, and advocacy to individuals in need of protection. I assess their needs, develop personalized plans, coordinate services, and empower individuals to safeguard their well-being, promote their rights, and rebuild their lives with dignity and resilience. Through collaboration with stakeholders, referrals to essential services, and ongoing monitoring, I ensure the safety, well-being, and empowerment of vulnerable individuals, while also advocating for improved protection measures and policies. I coordinate, manage & supervise the direct implementation of all activities and ensure that the program and related activities integrate gender considerations and mainstream vulnerable groups. I supervise a team of project staff to effectively design, plan, implement, monitor & document the protection activities. I am also tasked with providing technical assistance and guidance in the mainstreaming of protection-related issues across sectors.

I'M responsible for all case management activities. I will conduct trend analysis, information dissemination and referrals according to UNHCR standards in Protection work. I will be expected to build and maintain referral pathways, conduct weekly internal case management meetings and provide technical support to ASR out-reaches on the most complex ASR protection concern cases, such as (CP, GBV and PWSNs) cases

I am responsible for carrying out interactive activities. I act in accordance with the Case Management Guidelines, using a robust approach to survivors, confidentiality, safety, do no harm and non-discrimination, and am responsible for ensuring that the Protection Principles are understood, maintained and enforced. I also register cases that wish to voluntary return, observe the hotline and respond to their inquiries. In addition, I work as an assistant for data entry in the project, Support the PMT.

I am responsible for the processing, management and reporting of education data in connection with writing the names of students attending schools, teacher documents, delivery documents and database control,

I'M responsible to organize community awareness on hygiene related issues, community mobilization and monitoring and reporting of all the activities concerning hygiene communities’ awareness campaigns and sessions, beside identifying problems and reporting on WASH needs and concerns in the target areas

Representing the Association in Yemen and implementing two protection projects, distributing food baskets and cash for vulnerable groups of refugees and migrants in CCM.

In this position, I was responsible for coordinating and managing a protected environment where children can participate in activities and receive support during emergencies, and responsible for preparing a weekly schedule of activities for the CFS and conducting activity-based life skills sessions and recreational activities. I identify the needs of children and provide support to meet those needs. also, I Was responsible for the creative engagement of children beneficiaries of the Child-Friendly Spaces (CFS) under the guidance and supervision of the CFS Manager.

In this position, I was responsible in the refugee camp for the community committees specialized in the protection aspect, and I was a Field Supervisor and I was working on integrating the refugee community in CCCM and the host and raising the awareness of protection.
