- Ensuring that the gallery equipment is working fine (vison mixer, evs, audio mixer, etc…) and operate them if required. - Ensuring that the gallery staff is available on time for the production and coordinate with the mcr for the breaks and live studios.- First line support in cause of any equipment failure and trouble shooting. - Ensuring and editing the videos which is transferred to the airspeed is under the Technical and broadcast requirement - develop and maintain formats to transform ideas into actual television programs- Provide first-tier support for producers and editors who have questions about media formats and workflows. - System administration including monitoring media storage free space, routine maintenance and purging of the system, troubleshooting problems reported by users and escalating issues to the IT department and vendors as necessary to resolve problems- Checking the subtitles Materials from Arabic to endglish and make sure it is under the requirement - Manage the media lifecycle of all assets generated by show producers, editors and studio operators in the company's Media Asset Management (MAM) system- Building the archiving and media management department- Building and managing the archiving team- Managing the media flow arriving to the channel- Creating a data base for all the media received - Making the shot lists for all the media- Managing tapes for programs and its content- Preparing recording lists for recording media for acquisitions and feed recordings.- Generating media ID’s for feeds. - Selecting, cutting and creating new fillers to be used on breaks- Assisting in scheduling and Planning.- Following up with all operations of media.Softwares: Avid new cutterFinal cut pro, Avid media composer, Avid liquid, Sony vegas pro, Avid interplay access, Inews.
