• Identifying root causes for problems within the supply chain or in Amazon systems• Analyze key Supplier trends, govern mediation requirement based on analyzed trends• Acting as a main point of contact for TOP Amazon Suppliers, with the goal to develop strong business relationships.• Prepare vendor health scorecard Conducting reviews and identifying vendor accounts that arelikely to become a delivery hold situation and pro-actively working on their account balances.• Manage Supplier portfolio, includes reviewing Amazon P&L impact & exploring possible ways foramicable settlements.• Drive defect resolution for Supplier identified defects. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for amicable Vendor solutions.• Work with global stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and help drive the same• Analyzing metrics relating to operational performance and effectively presenting data to vendorsand internal teams.• Identify and resolve variances, failures and discrepancies ·• Interacting with Retail & Finance teams while working on the same vendor account and agreeingon priorities, business decisions, objectives and communication.Invoice processing :• Processing of Retail Invoices from DE, UK, FR, ES, IT, US, CA (Face Approval, Purchase Orders (3-way match & 2-way match) received from different vendors using Amazon's internal applications ICR and Oracle Financials.• Processing of Invoices in concur through ICAP (Intelligent capture). And sending it for payment. Reviewing the on-hold invoices and working with the requestors to resolve.• Auditing of Invoices in concur and checking all the critical fields and then approving it for payment. • Handling Duplicate Payment Audit in Appzen.• Approving of Travel and Expense report in Concur according to company exemption’s policy.
